Max Muscle Back and Biceps Workout
My chiropractor said I have a bulging disc which is why my back has been slow to heal. He has been treating it for a week now and things are getting better. Since I've had to slow down on lower body work I have doubled up on upper body. I still have to be careful with exercise selection and proper form. I've been resting over the weekends for a while now so the timing is great. Early next week I'll be working on a movie Monday-Wednesday. Hopefully I'll be able to sneak in an early morning workout before call time, but one never knows until the night before. Have a great weekend y'all. Please keep me in your prayers.

I went light on legs yesterday to keep my low back and hip integrity for this Sunday's Pillar concert, but I didn't hold back on this morning's push workout.     Hey! question for you! Have you ever accepted Jesus as your personal savior from your sins? Please let me explain real quick... We have all sinned.
